We designed this Deep Sleep Lavender Oil Blend for a client who was a new mother. She had several issues such as nipple soreness, insomnia, and back aches. She used this mostly on her nipples, her neck, and the bottoms of her feet. She used it directly and also put our Salv.a.ation salve on top of it for deep nighttime relaxation for her body and mind.

Use this liberally on your feet, back, neck, temples, even your armpits for a deep relaxation. While your at it, you can try some of these great foot exercises to help your entire body!
