How to Use
Use for: calves, back, shoulders, legs, and stomach.
Application best if used after a shower or before bed. Anytime pain relief is needed. Spray directly onto the desired area, gently massage directly onto the skin of the desired area using the fingers or hands. Repeat as needed.
